📖 How to play

  1. Use arrow keys, WASD, or swipe to slide every tile in one direction.
  2. When two tiles with the same number touch, they merge into one with their sum.
  3. Each move spawns a new 2 or 4 in a random empty cell.
  4. Reach the 2048 tile to win — but you can keep merging for an even higher score.
Example

Tiles slide as far as they can in the direction you press.

Two equal tiles touch — and on the next slide they will merge.

The 2 + 2 merged into a 4. Score goes up by the merge value.

Keep chaining merges — 4, 8, 16, 32, all the way to 2048.

💡 Tip: Pin your highest tile in a corner and never move it. Build a chain along one edge.
