Frequently asked questions
What is the Tango puzzle?
A binary sun-and-moon logic puzzle. Fill every cell with ☀ or 🌙 so each row and column is half suns / half moons, no three identical symbols appear in a row, and every = / × constraint between adjacent cells is satisfied. LinkedIn calls this daily game Tango.
How is Tango related to Sudoku?
Both are constraint-grid puzzles, but Tango uses only two symbols instead of nine, replaces sub-box uniqueness with row/column balance, and forbids three-in-a-row.
What do the = and × badges mean?
A `=` badge between two adjacent cells means they must hold the same symbol. A `×` badge means they must hold different symbols.
Is Tango free?
Yes. No signup, no account, no ads.
What grid sizes are available?
6×6, 8×8, and 10×10. Tango grids are always even so each row and column can split half-and-half.
